The five exceptional singers who collectively form Soli met while studying jazz at Capilano College, finding a kinship in their thirst for vocal music of many genres. With the Bobby McFerrin, Take 6 and the Real Group among their inspirations, these young professional vocalists and arrangers bring a wealth of experience and authenticity to jazz, folk, latin, and classical styles. Carlos Arias, Bess Durey, Debbie Low, Lane Price, and Carman J Price bring a real connection with their audience and an exciting stage personality. Soli continues to expand their audience through festivals, self-produced concerts and a recent collaboration with guitarist/arranger Bill Coon.
