Debbie Low
Debbie is a professional vocalist and graduate from Capilano College’s Bachelor of Music Jazz Program. Her time there included two years in one of Canada’s top vocal jazz groups, NiteCap. She currently is the Director of Music at Royal City Community Church in New Westminster, performs regularly with her jazz quartet, and teaches private voice lessons. Debbie currently lives in Langley with her husband Denver.
